Warranty Policy
What kind of warranty we can offer if you buy products from timetecbike? please see below warranty policy we offer for different products.
1, Carbon Wheels , Carbon Rims
We offer 2 years for our wheels and rims. if you find any quality problems after you receive the products within 2 monthes, we will offer new rims for replacement and buer no need to pay shipping cost. but buyer need to pay shipping cost for replacement rims if you find the rims / wheelset defect 2 monthes after you signed receipt of the products.
For wheels, normal wear parts like hub and spokes are not under warranty. we only offer rims for replacement even you buy the wheelset.
2, We need the photos or Video to see the defects of rims/wheels thus we can define if the problem is the manufacturer defect. if you can't offer any photos or video, we can't offer any warranty.
3, There are always production labels in the rims we send to you. this label is the ID of rims. by this label, we can see when the rims were produced and who is the QC. so please also offer us the production label photo when you claim for replacement.
